Lifetime Warranty
All of our jewelry at Smart Carat is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection and we will make it right. If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry at a very minimal cost.

- Our Guarantee - We want all of our customers to be extremely happy with their purchase. To help ensure this, we offer a very flexible return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return an item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. If something is not right with our order, please contact one of our representatives and we’ll make it right.
